Roberta 'Bobbi' Berkhof
Bobbi began working for Felt Martin in August 2021. Prior to this, she spent nearly seven years practicing law in Great Falls. Currently, she resides in Great Falls, but frequently visits the firm’s office in Billings. She engages in a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis on legal proceedings involving school districts and business entities, focusing on employment law, administrative proceedings (Montana Human Rights Bureau, Unemployment Insurance, Wage and Hour proceedings), and wrongful termination. She also provides legal counseling services to a wide variety of clients on human resource and employment issues. Bobbi was awarded with the distinguished Robert T. Goff Pro Bono Award in 2020 for her advocacy with neglected and abused children in Cascade County.
Born and raised in Great Falls, Montana, she completed her undergraduate degree in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After an early retirement from her first career in law enforcement, she attended law school at the University of Montana. Bobbi also studied abroad in Santiago, Chile, with an international law and legal Spanish immersion program earning credits from California Western School of Law, San Diego. Bobbi briefed and argued a civil rights case before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco in May 2015 shortly before graduation and enjoys being in the courtroom today.
A proud mom of two golden retrievers, Bobbi loves anything outdoors—particularly hiking, camping, floating, and attempting to fly fish. An aspiring foodie, she enjoys everything culinary—from gardening to recipe experimentation.
